  The LLbean outlet is great, the kitchen store is an awesome place to find gadgets. There's a perfume store and a cute little cafe but the hours are unusual

  It doesn't have many of the important stores, like no Nike, Adidas, Guess.. etc.. and still have plenty of empty shops. All I can think of good ones are LLBean and Under Armour, but even those are like the lower end of their own outlet stores, the under Armour store didn't even have shoes for example. Parking is easy and right across from, it's mostly all indoor.
